Technology Students Explain Science in Advent Calendar
The students of LTH (Faculty of Engineering, Lund University) follow their tradition and offer an advent calendar for laymen. Just like the years before, a video is presented every day where a team of enthusiastic students perform a simple experiment and explain their observations.
LTHs Julkalender (In Swedish)
Advent Calendars are extremely popular in Scandinavia and comes in many shapes and sizes (too many, some people think!): wall calendars, candy calendars, church calendars, blogs, radio shows, television shows … During a couple of years, some Swedish universities have presented calendars for laymen, but the most solid performance comes from LTH who are extremely enthusiastic about the concept.
Disclaimer: This post has nothing to do with the fact that I am a proud diploma engineer (”civilingenjör”) who graduated from LTH – or as we say in Swedish: Lunds Tekniska Högskola – in the late eighties.
